Kendra has written and spoken about her sex life in the past in great detail and of course many of us have seen her raunchy Kendra Exposed Sex Tape. Recently she talked about the key to a good marriage and great sex life once more.

According to Kendra, the key is to “have fun being spontaneous.” For Kendra that means being ready to have a quickie at the drop of a hat. According to Kendra: “So Hank’s like, ‘Come in the kitchen!’ and I’m like, ‘Okay,’ so we go in the kitchen, and we just hit it right there”

Most husbands would dream of having a wife who is happy to have spontaneous sex in the kitchen!
Kendra told OK! magazine: “We have fun just being spontaneous – and we don’t want to be stuck in the bedroom. When we know baby Hank’s in his room doing his thing? You never know.”

It wasn’t easy adjusting to life after having a baby though says Kendra, who suffered from postpartum depression after she gave birth to Hank Jr. She claims that it took many months to get her life balance ack in order and to get her relationship with Hank sorted.

She says that new mothers still need to spend time on themselves, and that includes getting your nails done and squeezing in some quickies around the house!

Ex-Playboy pinup girl and now happily married mom, Kendra Wilkinson has already led a pretty hectic life. Well she hasn’t finished her partying days as she demonstrated recently when she hosted a pool party at the MGM Casino in Las Vegas.

Kendra was looking her finest in a white swimsuit and there was no way you could tell she had recently had her first child. Her workout regime and diet must be working well because she looked absolutely stunning.

The 26-year-old young mom wore a lacy lingerie style top and underneath that a white monokini. At one point at the party, two overly excited fans decided to bare their breasts! Kendra happily snapped a photo and shared it with her 1.8 million Twitter followers with the comment: “Celebrating woooooo hahhahaaa!”

Kendra had a few drinks at the event and said that she was feeling “kinda drunk” after a while.

In other Kendra Wilkinson news, her new reality TV series “Kendra On Top” has been picked up by WE TV for a 14 episode season. The show focuses on Kendra and her family as well as Kendra’s daily family issues.

Kendra Wilkinson has appeared on the cover of the latest issue of “OK!” magazine in a special on celebrity diets, featuring two of the hottest bodies around, Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison.

Kendra has been a pole dancer, stripper and playboy model since her late teens so maintaining a lean and fit body was essential for keeping her job! So after her pregnancy she was keen to get rid of the extra weight as soon as possible. However only in the last few months did she manage to lose that last 10 pounds and go from frumpy back to her toned figure that she had prior to pregnancy.

Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.” So instead of getting depressed about the number on the scale, use the jeans to give you encouragement and a goal.

Her strategy consisted of regular exercise, several small meals per day and a dietary supplement to help boost metabolism. “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism,” she said. “There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”

However exercise is the key and Kendra works out every day. So get off the couch fatties and follow her example for a toned, trim and sexy body.

There is no doubt that Kendra Wilkinson has been around the block a few times, having been a drug addict, a playboy bunny, a stripper and the star of the Kendra Wilkinson sex video.

So Kendra is in a pretty good position to offer advice and she doesn’t mind doling it out, even to other celebrities like Kim Kardashian. Kendra has offered Kim some simple tips for her upcoming wedding, tommorrow.

Kendra says: “I made sure my dress was in a completely separate room and that no one went in there”. Ok keep the dress off limits, a pretty simple one there.

Wilkinson also went on to suggest that choosing the right music can be the difference between a reception with everybody dancing and having fun and a stale event: “good music is key. If there is good music then people are dancing and having fun, and nothing else matters” Kendra added.

Well it turns out that Kendra Wilkinson may still be harbouring some feelings for old Hugh Hefner, as she certainly has a strong opinion about his ex girlfriends!

Kendra has gone on the attack, with Hefner’s ex Crystal Harris the target of her attack. Crystal has been talking about her sex life while dating Hugh and that has Kendra all riled up..

According to Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner no longer has much staying power and her only time with Hugh lasted “two seconds”. Yep that’s quick. Perhaps after decades of having sex with the hottest women in the world Hugh doesn’t have the patience he used to!

Hugh has said Crystal is a liar and only making these ridiculous accusations to draw attention to herself. Kendra has labeled Harris a “Liar” and “Trash”.

Kendra told OK! magazine: “She just needs to keep her mouth shut, and be classy about it, After the whole non-marriage thing broke to the news, I actually thought she was being classy about things, until she started opening her mouth about the bed stuff”

Wilkinson, who is suddenly a classy woman (after her battles with addiction and working as a stripper and porn star) goes on: “It’s not classy how she is opening her mouth the way she is. Hef’s been Hef for how many years now?! He just needs to kick her a**”

So there we have it, proof that you do not want to get on the wrong side of Kendra Wilkinson.
