Kendra Wilkinson has appeared on the cover of the latest issue of “OK!” magazine in a special on celebrity diets, featuring two of the hottest bodies around, Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison.
Kendra has been a pole dancer, stripper and playboy model since her late teens so maintaining a lean and fit body was essential for keeping her job! So after her pregnancy she was keen to get rid of the extra weight as soon as possible. However only in the last few months did she manage to lose that last 10 pounds and go from frumpy back to her toned figure that she had prior to pregnancy.
Kendra told the magazine: “Feeling good about yourself is key, I think that having a pair of jeans handy that you want to fit into is more of a realistic goal than looking at the scale.” So instead of getting depressed about the number on the scale, use the jeans to give you encouragement and a goal.
Her strategy consisted of regular exercise, several small meals per day and a dietary supplement to help boost metabolism. “I started on Ab Cuts for women, and it really helped speed up my metabolism,” she said. “There are ingredients in the product that help block your fat from storing in your stomach.”
However exercise is the key and Kendra works out every day. So get off the couch fatties and follow her example for a toned, trim and sexy body.
